I started working with Kate and over the next three months I was able to drop 9 pounds and lower my average blood pressure by almost 10 points.  Better yet, my cardiologist has just taken me off a blood pressure medication that had some side effects I didn’t like.  What I really appreciate about Kate is her grounded approach to working with me. She wants my diet to be more plant-based and more natural, but she understands that life happens. I’m on a journey to be more plant-based in my eating and I know that she’s with me to help me that happen. There’s no guilt…just a capable, confident partner I know is invested in me getting to my goal.
