Meet Kate Sampson
Kate Sampson’s passion for helping people overcome chronic and “mystery” illness was born out of her own sudden decline in health beginning in her early 30s. Constant fatigue, heart palpitations, hot flashes, brain fog, fatigue and infertility were some of the debilitating symptoms that left her asking “why?”
Unwilling to settle for a life of pills, side effects and vague diagnoses, Kate became her own health advocate. She began researching, attending conferences, watching webinars, obtaining certifications and diving deep into medical literature from doctors who had clinically demonstrated disease reversal through nutrition and lifestyle.
As healing began, Kate quickly realized her journey to physical health was interconnected with her mental and spiritual intuition. Kate is now a certified integrative nutrition health coach, with a focus on autoimmune issues (Crohn’s, Hashimoto’s), women’s health, obesity, diabetes, and children’s health.
Whether you’re confused about which diet is optimal for longevity, you’ve fallen ill with a chronic condition, or are looking for a different pathway for a friend or loved one, Kate’s experience overcoming her own mystery conditions sets her apart as an empathetic, trusted and proven practitioner.
Kate Sampson has a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University and a Masters of Education from the University of Notre Dame. Kate is a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds additional certifications in Diabetes Education and Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Institute at Cornell University. With nearly 20 years experience, Kate brings a dynamic, intuitive and compassionate approach as a teacher and consultant. Kate lives in Omaha, NE with her husband and two daughters.
